Growing up it had always been easier for me to have male friends rather than female. With girls there always seemed to be comparison, jealousy and spitefulness, I realised this is often rooted from insecurities, not feeling good enough and a lack of self love.
Opening up to your divine feminine
At the very start of my journey of awakening in 2014 I attended my first women’s circle in San Marcos, Guatemala. I had no idea spaces with so much support, connection and inspiration existed.
This has become my normal, I’m surrounded by powerful women who follow their dreams, who prioritise their spiritual wellbeing, who own their desires, who aren’t afraid to say no when things don’t feel in line and who celebrate each other’s success unconditionally.
Part of my mission here on this beautiful planet to bring more self love, compassion and acceptance to the world, especially to women. Starting with myself and now sharing it with YOU
I am here to assist you to find your true self and to fully remember the beautiful unique being that you are.
I have developed a number of different workshops and sessions either private or in a group to remember who you are in your fullest divine feminine glory.

Womb & Yoni journey.
A powerful ritual awakening the often lost connection with our femininity. Using the shamanic drum and other clearing tools I will guide you with my voice to a deep relaxed state. Supported by mother earth, your ancestors and the wisdom of your body. Working with your intention will nurture, release or active your energy to allow the voice of your womb and yoni to be more clearly heard to bring more clarity to your life.
Women's sensory connection
Are you ready to connect with your senses? Would you like to feel stronger with your boundaries? Do you want to play in a safe space with other like minded women? We will go on A multi sensory journey through meditation, higher self writing, connection, working with boundaries, eye gazing, conscious touch and movement. We will learn to hear our inner voice through all of our senses. Seeing our own beauty reflected back through the other women in the group. As we listen to our inner wisdom and intuition we feel how our bodies communicate yes and no.
New Moon women's circles
Sitting in circle with your sisters, sharing wisdom, being heard and held, encouraging and inspiring each other, dissolving the veil and embracing your true authentic self. I will guide us through an experiential circle with a mixture of sharing, meditation, intention setting, movement, writing, connection, emotional release and sound healing depending on the group and moon energy.
Introduction to Yoni egg workshops
In the Indian tradition, the word Yoni is the divine passage, or the source of life. It is the place where the invisible takes shape, where life and dreams are created. The Yoni is both magical and erotic, a space of wisdom, creation and healing. During this introductory workshop we will connect to our wombs and yonis through guided meditation. I will share why and how we use this beautiful holistic therapy and what the benefits are from a physical, emotional and energetic perspective. I carry beautiful handmade Guatemalan Jade, rose quartz and obsidian eggs that I have sourced with so much love. This practice really has changed my life and with joy and passion I offer this to you.
You can also combine different elements of the sessions so your experience is tailored exactly to your needs.
