This is the most traditional stone from the Taoist Chinese tradition. Connected to the heart chakra, bringing luck, love and healing to the user. It has a soft calming energy with powerful cleansing and healing properties. For me personally this was my first egg and one that many women choose as their first.

For most women a medium egg is a good starting egg, once you have an active practice you could then move on to a small egg.

For women who have children, pelvic floor issues or are in their wise woman years starting with a large egg is suggested.
